2. SSCS will schedule a time to meet with you to review the project estimate and answer any questions.
3. Once proposal is signed, SSCS will schedule the project.
4. Project implemented with customer 'touchpoints' along
   the way.
5. Project completed and reviewed with customer to insure all work is accurate and complete.
